Mosaic Wellness, the parent company behind popular health brands like Man Matters, Bodywise, and Little Joys, has raised ₹175 crore (around $20 million USD) in a funding round led by Think Investments. With this investment, the company is now valued at approximately $400 million.
Founded in 2020 by Revant Bhate and Dhyanesh Shah, Mosaic Wellness is a digital-first Indian startup focused on personal health and wellness. It operates three specialized brands:
- Man Matters – for men’s grooming, hair care, nutrition, and sexual wellness,
- Bodywise – for women’s skincare, hormonal balance, and health needs,
- Little Joys – offering nutritious supplements and wellness products for children.
The startup aims to simplify healthcare through expert guidance and personalized solutions delivered directly to consumers. Before this round, Mosaic Wellness had already raised over $65 million, including a notable $24 million Series A led by Sequoia Capital India in 2021. The company has shown solid business growth — in FY24, it reported a 61% jump in revenue to ₹333 crore, up from ₹206 crore in FY23. At the same time, it reduced its losses by 37%, bringing them down to ₹39 crore.
With this latest round of funding, Mosaic Wellness plans to expand its product range, strengthen its supply chain, and reach deeper into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The goal is to make quality wellness solutions more accessible to people across the country.
